John Peers has been at the forefront of the hairdressing industry for over 35 years.  He has travelled all over the world teaching hair cutting and styling.  Having twice been an award winner at the British Hairdressing Awards (Oscars), his career has now changed direction - he goes out to teach!

To encourage and motivate staff, improve communication, confidence and attitudes, whilst recognising a mix of artistic creativity and business skills required to make positive changes throughout any salon or organisation.              

He will also inspire and excite his audience, with an original mix of laughter and humour, always emphasising the importance of exceptional care of the customer.

John is however, still very much hands on!  A   massively proud owner of his Rochdale salon, you will find him continually setting new trends and high standards - he may be the oldest member of staff - but he has the most energy and utter determination required to constantly encourage his salon of 20+ key members.  And at the same time, he is still very much "one of you".

John aims to visit your salon for one day and present a powerful package of Trouble Shooting, assessing the strengths and weaknesses within your company and amongst your team.

Having worked in hair salons and also with large companies, John is able to talk on either a 'one-to-one basis' a 'classroom type style' or to an 'audience of large size' and even 'conference and after dinner speaking'.
